This course is open to anyone considering becoming a Supervising Broker, as well as those who already hold a Supervising Broker Endorsement. This is an Enhancement Course and does not fulfill pre-endorsement licensing requirements.
Current Supervising Brokers: Attendance satisfies your annual 4-hour Update requirement.
Taught by Sharon Virgin (GFAR) and Robin Wallace (NMAR), this “raise the bar” course covers essential HR, legal, and operational topics, real-life scenarios, and best practices for managing a successful real estate company.
GRI Note: 4 CORE hours + 4 ELECTIVE hours have been approved for GRI credit.
