The Code is enforced at the local level through the The Association of REALTORS®. Any person who feels a REALTOR® may have violated the Code of Ethics may file an Ethics Complaint against a member of this Association. The Grievance Committee will review the complaint and forward it for a professional standards hearing if warranted.
