Supervising Broker Endorsement Update or Legal Forum:This course provides Montana Real Estate Licensees with 4 hours of continuing education. Brokers holding a supervising broker endorsement may elect to take this course for supervising broker endorsement update credit. In the alternative, Brokers holding a Montana Supervising Broker Endorsement may elect to take the course for 4 hours of continuing education and not apply the CE to the endorsement update. Licensees who do not hold a supervising broker endorsement may take this class and receive 4 hours of continuing education credit.
Forms This course provides Montana Real Estate Licensees with 4 hours of continuing education with an emphasis on recent changes to the Montana Association of Realtors Forms and issues with the use of forms.
